Weddings come in all sizes, shapes, and colors. Some are subtle and soft. Some are bright and vibrant. Rachel & Jake’s colorful summer wedding was nothing shy of bright and vibrant. From the glowing smiles to the rich floral bouquet this wedding brought joy to every guest. We can’t thank the incredible Dawn Richardson with Dawn Elizabeth Studios enough for capturing these shots for us. Rachel asked us just a few weeks ago to create a vibrant, summer bridal bouquet and boutonniere for her simple, but joyful wedding at Chapel Dulcinea. Her vision was a hill country elopement to celebrate the love between her and Jake.

I can not help but feel a little envious. I remember being so stressed about creating the “perfect” wedding day that I forgot to enjoy the time given to me. There are all of these little details that seem to pop up week after week. This may seem crazy coming from a wedding planner, but really there is two simple solutions to the crazy stress that comes along with wedding planning. First, hire a wedding planner! Whether our job is solely on wedding day throughout the entire wedding process, we will be there to create a relaxing atmosphere for your big day. Second, you could have a simple elopement like Rachel & Jake.
