Wedding Coordinator| How Far In Advance Should You Book Us

 

Hey Everyone, We’re diving right in today. So when should you book with your Wedding Coordinator? We get this question fairly often, along with a few others which I will answer over the next few weeks. As far as coordination goes if you know it’s on your list of must haves and/or your getting married and want things to run smoothly then the decision is easy! Book your Wedding Coordinator ASAP! Seriously you guys! Most of the time we get booked pretty soon within a bride finding a venue, some venues require a coordinator ( like the Chandelier of Gruene) so it makes sense that we are the next stop, but we definitely recommend booking us early in the planning stages.

Yeah!!! He proposed, or you proposed its 2020 so anything can really happen. Then what, you will start answering an onslaught of questions about where and when. Maybe you have been planning this day forever and you already know every little detail, or maybe you’ve been way to busy blazing a trail and being a killer lady boss, maybe you have done both.  Here is where it gets good and why we recommend the sooner the better. As soon as you sign the contract, we are all yours no matter the package. Yes, some of the packages come with more one on one time but all contracts come with an open line of communication. This means if you have questions,  need recommendations or need to cry about your friend that won’t be able to make it, we are here! Our referrals and advice save you money that you may have possibly misspent.  Don’t you want that service as soon as possible?! It’s not only helpful for brides but for anyone who is an essential part of your planning process. This is a family affair after all.
